EULA - End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE: This end-user license agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (an individual), (hereafter referred to as "you" or "licensee") and OfficialSpamFilter.com ("OfficialSpamFilter" or "licensor") for the software OfficialSpamFilter for Outlook Express. By selecting the "I Accept" option below, or by installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. The Software is licensed, not sold. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the software. Unregistered Version OfficialSpamFilter grants you the license to use the unregistered version of OfficialSpamFilter for Outlook Express for a limited period of 7 days. During this period, you can use the software unlimited times. You are allowed to create copies of the software for backup purpose, share the software with your friends, relatives and co-workers over medium you wish, as permissible by Law. However, you cannot sell, lease or rent the software under any circumstances. Software Ownership As a registered user, you are granted a single user license to use OfficialSpamFilter for Outlook Express on one computer only. The license entitles you to use the software for your own purpose only. For usage of software on additional machines, you are required to buy separate license from OfficialSpamFilter.com. You are strictly forbidden to do any of the following: 1. Reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Software, or engage any third party to do any of the above. 2. Distribute copies of the registered version of the Software 3. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software 4. Resell, lease, rent, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software. LIMITED WARRANTY: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE USER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL OFFICIALSPAMFILTER.COM OR ANY OF ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, LOSS OF SAVINGS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF OFFICIALSPAMFILTER.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. GENERAL: You acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and that by installing, opening or using OfficialSpamFilter for Outlook Express, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You further agree that this is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and OfficialSpamFilter.com, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between us in relation to the subject matter of this EULA.
